My complaint:

The amount of subscription ie 499 has been debited twice during this month. I have been regularly contacting the Netflix via chat but nobody is responding. This is not the way to debit the amount twice.

Suggested solution:

Adjust the same in next month subscription or to reverse the same transaction.
