My complaint:

Last month I noticed I was charged twice, however I put this down to changing my subscription.
But a payment has came out again for £5.99 when I usually pay £8.99.
I checked my bank statement and noticed that I am being charged twice since January- I do not understand why. My account has been active since January and charging me £5.99, even for this month coming, I did not set payments to come out of it, because it’s an old email address I don’t use and haven’t for a while.

Suggested solution:

Please could someone investigate and look at refunding me for the overpayments and closing the account. if they look on the account, I have not been active, this is not an account I use, however, I\'m not sure if the account has been hacked.
