In the last three months, DVD turnaround time has slowed down to average 5 days from the day I mail a DVD to the day I get a new DVD – if I mail a DVD on Monday, I’m doing good to get the next DVD by Saturday. It used to be consistently 2 days – mail on Monday, get the next DVD on Wednesday. I know this is Netflix and not the mail because once Netflix says they mailed a DVD, I get it the next day. When I call Netflix, all I get is we’re sorry, there’s nothing we can do about it.
Speed up the turnaround time. Maybe hire more people to process DVDs, or bring back people that have been laid off.
