Netflix complaint: Fraud

My complaint:

I am charged additional monthly subscription on my payment information but I am not allowed to know what account is costing me. It is totally a fraud case but Netflix says I am responsible to check my bill to make sure they do not double charge!

Suggested solution:

Refund on extra charge that no known account from me has been linked to
