My complaint:
I have been dealing with a MESS WITH MY CHECKING ACCOUNT due to a different party making purchases that were NOT MINE. I tried calling customer service and explain why my payment isn’t going through requesting an extension of my service until Monday. Customer service was not helpful and treated me quite poorly. I have been a Netflix customer for a long time now and would have appreciated more understanding and courtesy during this very stressful time. I am homebound with a bar back surgery and rely on Netflix for some sorr of entertainment. I can’t believe how cut and dry your process is with loyal customers. Where is your heart?!
I have had a real crappy week sorting through all this bank stuff and now I get to sit here looking at my wall. Thank you so much.
Suggested solution:
I would really appreciate an extension of my service until Monday when hopefully my bank account will be back to normal.
