My complaint:

Hi I am a student and 800 month is quite something for me . So the moment I entered my card details to start a free trial at Netflix, I was shown your free trial would start very soon and then I was charged ₹800 for it . Now I don’t want to cancel it because I wanted it for my family . It was very disappointing and unexpected from Netflix . Pls look into this matter asap.
