My complaint:
I have been a Netflix customer for years. They have been chasing me to renew at a good rate. Which is not genuine or available. I tried Netflix complaints and they don’t respond
Suggested solution:
Netflix management need to contact me about their scam sent to a leukaemia patient. I’m disgusted
The offer may not be legit, you can send it to phishing(at)netflix.com and theyĺl see if they can get any info from it to stop these mails. You won’t hear anything back from them but it’s good to report these things.
