My complaint:
I cancelled the subscription on the same day I booked but the refund was not processed. They deliberately kept the account open so that I should somehow be lured to surf through again. They did mention I can surf through even when I cancelled the account. So, it’s like cheating the customers as they wantingly keep the account open to fix the customers. Also when I cancelled the subscription the refund should have initiated automatically. I have received a very bad response in fact no response from the Netflix supervisor, attachment for more information
Suggested solution:
They should process my refund of Rs 799
