My complaint:

I clicked on 30 day free trial then signed up using my globe account. Because I don’t give out my cc. I double checked my billing and it said payment due May 9 well after a week they cut me off due to payment. I spoke with them and they said they no longer do the free trial and the guy lied to me and said that at the top of the page it’s says no longer free trial it did not say that we’ll still I even said I would pay for this month even with the false advertising and I would pay on the 9th just like my bill said but they insist I pay now but globe is closed till May 1 due to lockdown so they closed my account

Suggested solution:

1 could of honored the free trial what's one free month to potentially having someone stay with you
2 when I said I will pay for the first month and pay on the 9th like my bill says they could let me do that with them knowing globe is closed
