My complaint:
Netflix changed my plan from Basic $8.99month to Premium $15.99month without permission or even notifying me! I just noticed it on my credit card statement. I am cancelling the whole thing for this and that Netflix quality has decreased dramatically the past few years.
Suggested solution:
Cancel my subscription.
