My complaint:

Netflix has changed my subscription from mobil version ₹199 to premium Ultra HD ₹799 without my permission. I have not received any prior email notifications or message about the change. They are fraud people. Now a bill is already generated to pay ₹799 and it is associated with ACT broadband bill. I should pay for this automatically without Choice otherwise ACT will disconnect my internet. Why the hell i should pay this extra amount of ₹600?????

I just need refund of charged extra ₹600 ASAP so that I can pay my ACT broadband bill (which includes Netflix charges)
