My complaint:
My Netflix account has been accessed without my authorization followed by change of my account password and the e-mail ID. I have subscribed for the premium plan and my credit card details are given for auto subscription. Now I am not sure what all personal data of mine is compromised.
Suggested solution:
I want Netflix to assure me of the security of my data with Netflix and provide monitory compensation for the data breach caused.
