My complaint:
I have contacted Netflix via Twitter three times without a single response.
On the website, when I try to view my DVD queue, it says the page is not available at this time. I have cleared my cache and tried different browsers.
On the website where it shows the Netflix phone number, when I click on contact, the page says help is not available at this time.
Worst customer service by a large company
Suggested solution:
Fix the website queue page
Remove the phone number for customer service if you don't offer telephone customer service and quit jerking people around.
