Netflix complaint: Payment issue

My complaint:

Payment of Rs 649 was processed successfully last month on the 5th of May, 2020. After a month Netflix is showing the message which is asking for my banking credentials to process my last payment which was already cleared. Proof of document attached.

Suggested solution:

Look into the payment process and resolve the issue
