My complaint:
I am a user of Netflix in Germany and from the past days, in most of the english movies and shows english subtitles are missing and only german subtitles are available, which is sometimes hard to understand without subtitles so please look into this matter
Suggested solution:
Please add english subtitles in English movies and series
