Netflix complaint: Pauses and loads all the time

My complaint:

Watching first season of merlin episode 1 15 minutes in at it stops loads for 2 mins then carry on again. Happened last night also when I finished watching cursed. Can not be wi fi as it is at full signal and I also have 4G if it was wi fi and tried both and continues to do this.

Suggested solution:

Sort the quality out and make it better. We don't pay for a service and can't watch anything properly. I tried screen shorting it and screen recording it and it says it can not do so as Netflix will not let it happen. I like watching things on Netflix but it's getting bad now
