My complaint:

The subscription amount of Rs 199 for Netflix for the month of August got debited two times, once on 4th August 2020, 10:30pm and then on 5th August 2020, 5:13am. Netflix is denying that they received the amount debited on 4th August from me but my bank records show the deduction in the name of Netflix. Please help me to resolve this issue.

Refund back my duplicate amount that got deducted for Rs 199 for the transaction happened on 4th August 2020 10:30 pm.
