My complaint:

Hi i needed to stop my netflix membership and i canceled it and it was sucessfull..then after 2 days i received a message from the bank stated that i had paid for netflix and i went to check my account and the membership was active again without my approval..how did i cancel it and they took my money again for the next month?im sorry but i want my money back
