My complaint:
For July August 2021 Netflix changed my plan from Mobile to Premium streaming without my knowledge and permission. I saw the autodebits for my linked credit card understood they did this change. Complaints dept not accepting their liabilty saying account may be compromised but I’m sure it isn’t! because they are unable to show any proof of a smart tv in device activities so nobody could have done this. Only my android phone shows up in their portal. further normally any plan change sends a email to me but in this case no such email too! I need refund as i use only mobile phone and gave no smart tv and never used. These are unethical practices by netflix and irrelevant excuses by their sevice agents.
Suggested solution:
They need to acknowledge they only changed my plan and autodebited my card which was given in trust to them and return the excess collected for the plan i never used ie, 5002 , which is 1000 Rs.
