My complaint:
My wife purchase a $30 Netflix card this morning. Saturday Dec 1920 at 7:10 am in Airdrie Alberta at an Esso station. She put the card on her phone after purchase. Threw the card away when finished. Found out when she got home from work that card apparently didn’t register. Called Netflix, first guy hung up on her. Called back, second guy said has no record of the card. So basically we are out $30. These days that is a lot of money. Needless to say we will no longer be using Netflix again.
Suggested solution:
They should honor card. They can see by our records that's how we purchase Netflix.
