My complaint:

My plan was upgraded to 659 without my permission and the amount of 199 was debited twice in a month. One transaction was made on 2nd October and again on 19th Oct. When I called the customer care, he says it must have accidentally happened from your end. When I denied that this has never happened single time single so many years. HOW NOW?? Just when i activated auto pay, this is what happened. When I asked how come did i pay 199 for 659 plan then? He says must have taken in installment? Seriously? 199 × how much is 659?! Why 199 ? These people can sew up any bullshit! I know Netflix has high reputation and these kind of things doesn’t happen. But even i was shocked to see what happened and the kind of resolution they gave and the stories they said.

Suggested solution:

I need them to return my money back. I wasn't even aware that plan has been upgraded no notification or mail received regarding this. Neither I made use of the plan. So I need them to return rs 199. Also this has happened olny now when i changed the payment to autopay. How can I trust them anymore
