My complaint:

my money is being paid to netflix of £11.99 every two weeks then I changed it to £8.99 cos I thought it was monthly pay but money is coming out of my account and I cancelled i cant watch netflix I dont even have the app

Suggested solution:

I would like to be refunded and money stop coming out of my account for an app I havent even got or can watch this has been going on for months its Sunday I cant get a bank statement but I can give you my bank details
