Complaint: My List for almost a year is still not working

My complaint:

I have repeatly called about this issue for almost a year. I am unable to manually go in on My List and arrange my titles. I press move to the top selection to the far right of the line item and all it does is refresh but it stays there. I am unable to manually move it anywhere. Everytime I call I have to jump through all these hoops (yes, it’s set to manual in My Account section, yes I’ve tried it from Google Chrome and Interne Explorer) even after I tell them up front they still put me through this each time and I’m on the phone with them for almost an hour. EACH time they say they will create a ticket and send to the next level with someone will call you – THEY NEVER DO. And this has been going on for almost a year.

I would like Netflix to actually go in and see why this section of their site still stays broken down. This happened about 5 years ago and it was resolved in a couple of weeks. Now the problem is here again but they are not fixing it and it's been almost a year. No one will help or call me.
