My complaint:

Before renewal, i already cancelled my membership. But still money is deducted from my account. I don’t want to continue anymore. Then why did it happened

Suggested solution:

I want my money back.. they should refund my complete money. I don't want to continue on Netflix. Please do it as soon as possible
