Netflix complaint: misleading subscription plan informationloss of money

My complaint:

I changed my plae to the mobile plan because it says you can watch Netflix on a mobile phone or tablet. But when I try to watch on my amazon fire 8 it says I am not covered. Amazon Fire 8 is a tablet! So I subscribed to something in good faith only to finout the information on website is misleading. I cant even find a way to top up my subscription to access Netflix as it means I have to wait for this mobile subscription to expire in a month!!

Suggested solution:

either refund my money or show me how to pay balance for a higher priced plan! And correct the misleading information on the website
