My complaint:
Good evening, I hope you can assist. I recently opened an account with you this month in the 7th. I received an email ation which also verified that my first payment will be on the 7th of August. I was surprised to see on my statement that I was debited the very same day I joined. Please check for me what could have led to this. I love netflix this far but feel that I was not treated fairly. Everyone I know was given a free trial.
Suggested solution:
Refund the fee I paid this month and I will be continuing with netflix so will pay from next month as agreed.
