My complaint:
Netflix constantly freezes and often just shuts down, the app just goes back to Home Screen.
I have this problem almost every time I try and watch it. And Netflix has the nerve to go up on the price. Kick rocks!

That’s a device issue. Unplug your tv for a few minutes and if it keeps doing that, contact the manufacturer to check that your firmware is up to date / do a factory reset. You can find this stuff on their help center page, it’s not rocket science.
