Netflix complaint: fraudulent debit from my credit card without information to me.

My complaint:

i purchased Rs.199 plan for April 2020 and paid through third party credit card . at the end of plan my account was debited by Rs.799 and credited with you without any information to me fro payment and my credit card was debited without pinotp which is a fraud and i have not to continue my membership which i have already cancelled .you are requested to reverse the debited amount immediately to my account.

Suggested solution:

reverse my debited amount of Rs.799 to credit card account immediately.
