My complaint:
Three consecutive times I gave bern sent faulty DVDs full if scratches. the DVD dept has virtually no customer service hours none on the weekend. It is becoming unacceptable with the level of incompetence and horrendous service.?
Suggested solution:
Refund my monthly fee for the incompetent service
