My complaint:

I had netflix for over 12 years. For the last two years I received the subscription through Comcast. When I recently changed comcast plans I got one that no longer gave netflix. When attempting to restart my subscription I was hit with an extra month that they wanted me to pay, for no reason. They said they got paid from comcast for my month but they also wanted me to pay an extra months service. Which made no sense. They finally said they would give me back my money if I paid for the higher subscription for the month that was already paid. So I said ok. After 15 minutes of giving them my bank card over and over again they said that their systems were all screwed up and that I would have to resolve it over the internet through their chat. And that I would no longer get anything back. I gave up at this point and will start a new subscription if I ever decide to go back. They were rude and the customer service was terrible. They had a could care less attitude for someone who has been with them over a decade. I haven’t been this disappointed in a company in a really long time.

Suggested solution:

Treat people with decency. Bring back my account with the bogus charge taken off and some kind of recompense for the colossal waste of time for their programs not working.
