My complaint:
Customer support keeps telling me they can not do a refund for all the charges made to my expired card. They tried telling me it was used in October after my card expired it was not. One customer agent said she could see it was not used in October but could not refund me it’s like they stole my money and blame the computer system and then tell me they can do nothing to over ride the system nor can they ur will they put me in touch with anyone with the ability to over ride the computer system.
Suggested solution:
Give me back the $14.06 they stole from me.
