My complaint:

So my card expired, Netflix sent a email telling me to update my details, I didn’t bother because I wasn’t using Netflix no more and I thought they couldn’t deduct any funds on an expired card, well that was a mistake, Netflix still we able to take funds from me on an expired card how is this even possible? In a conversation thread I had with Netflix Help Centre Ryan, tried saying it was my bank? My cards are linked, yet I never linked my cards? This is a problem

Refund money from November, when my card expired, explain how they could still take funds from an expired debt card?
