Netflix complaint: Disrespectful customer service reps and scamming

My complaint:

Netflix has been trying to debit my account on 12 days after I started my monthly service plan when I tryed to call about this issue I was disconnected and disrespected and this conversation I do have recorded this needs to stop even the supervisors are rude.

Suggested solution:

Help fix my issue and discipline the supervisor jame that works Sunday afternoons,BJ the customer service rep and all the Netflix customer service reps need more training on customer service
