My complaint:
Dear Netflix,
I love to watch foreign tv shows on Netflix. You have changed the default setting to (cc) Enlish recently. As I am not hearing impaired, it is very, very annoying having to manually change the setting back to English before each episode of a tv series.
The most recent example of this is Money Heist. Previous 3 seasons were awesome to watch.(All episodes were set as English default.) 4th season was set at (cc) English default and, as I had to change the setting before each episode, I didn’t enjoy nearly as much.
Out of pure frustration, I’ve actually stopped watching any foreign tv shows on Netflix now. My loss!!!!
Suggested solution:
This should be any easy fix! Change default setting back to English or give us the option in Netflix to set as default permanently.
