My complaint:

I WANT TO STOP MY CONNECTION OR CANCEL MY ACCOUNT DUE TO POOR INTERNET CONNECTION IN MY PLACE SINCE I STARTED NEFLEX SUBSCRIPTION SO PLEASE DISCONNECT NOW. ALSO STOP SENDING BANK CREDIT CARD PAYMENT. THANKS!!
