My complaint:

: to whom it may concern at Netflix I have made loads of suggestions in your suggestions box what’s the point of a suggestion box if you’re not going to read it as we are paying customers shouldn’t we get something out of the experience other than an expensive lesson. as we are paying for repeats and lots of junk I’m telling you this as a friend you need fresh material
could you please see your way clearly to tack this matter seriously
as this might affect your business if things don’t improve from
the behalf of everyone who hasn’t got the backbone to tell it like it is
you’re most loyalist customer
