My complaint:

I have a Samsung s8 now my phone isnt suitable for the Netflix app if I want it I need to fork out 300-400 pounds on a new phone that us suitable I watch Netflix on the go a lot now I’m not it’s a disgrace that they are doing this to the customers I have been with Netflix for years I’m very angry and feel used Netflix is only thinking about themselves not the customer why cant they get a app that would suit all the phones I’m not going to pay for a new phone I feel like cancelling my contract I’m so disgusted by Netflix they have money off me for months and I have never watched anything cause I have no app simply not good customer service driving customers away for their own greed of money

Suggested solution:

explain why I can get a app that will suit my Samsung s8 phone without having to spend hundreds of pounds it's a absolute joke a disgrace I'm ashamed by Netflix customers are being treated like 2nd class citizens
