My complaint:
I had an issue with signing in on my ipad and spoke with an individual named Michael. His customer service was atrocious and he could see I was getting frustrated. He suggested things that I had already done prior to the conversation and patronised me by slowing down and giving me comments one by one and also sarcasm.
Suggested solution:
A disciplinary action upon the member of staff and retraining as his service was not up to standard.
