My complaint:

This place has the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life.

I placed an order on January 15th, 2023. It’s not Feb 8th and my package has still not arrived although I had to pay for 4-day shipping. I have emailed customer service weekly and each time I am told to wait until a certain date before they can process a refund. Each time the date arrives, they push the date back. So, basically refusing to refund me for the items even though they haven’t arrived. Tracking also showed for a LONG time that it never even left their warehouse. Now it’s showing it hasn’t left the country for WEEKS. They aren’t doing anything to solve my problem whatsoever. They are just keeping my money while asking me to keep waiting for the package. The least they could do is refund the shipping charge.

Suggested solution:

They should send the order or refund my payment.

Minimum requirement: Refund the shipping charge.
