My complaint:
Ordered on a Tuesday with express delivery (1-2 days) which costs €12.99 to realise that it’s Friday and my order has not even been shipped. I contacted them on Facebook on Friday morning to which they said that my order is in progress (whatever that means) and they will come back to me once they have news. No more reply, so I contacted them again on Friday evening to fully cancel the order because of all the negative reviews I found online (1.6 stars!! average). Nothing has been resolved, all I got was a reply that I can’t cancel with no further details of when is my order going to be shipped or at least get a delivery fee refund.
Suggested solution:
Refund me the money for the services they did not provide (express delivery fee) and cancel my order
