My complaint:
On the 14th of Feb 23 around 15h57 I ordered food to the value of: R 285.00 I paid with my ABSA credit card, Chwayita your employee said to me that I have to pay again even though I showed her on my bank app the money did go through, she said I will get a refund within 4 hrs because there was a ‘glitch’ on the card machine. I showed her again it did go through? She insisted pay again. I paid againbut this time with my FNB card and I received the slip 702. She wrote her name on the slip said I must call her back the next day if refund was not done. I did call and said was not done, she said wait two more days she called back still no refund. She said I must call the head office if this lady has just taken my word after I have shown her that the transaction did take place I would’ve not have this problem but she clearly did not ‘trust’ me or my payment but I had to pay double and ‘trust’ her blindly?
I want you to please refund me this amount of: R285.00 towards my account asap.
It was the first time I used your drive thru and what a bad experience it was for me.
