My complaint:
Booked 2 flights from Ankara to beruit. The airline cancelled the flight days before the flight. Tried to rebook with airline Turkish airlines but couldn’t because was with 3rd party.
After hours on hold to mytrip ringing from turkey costing fortune they said that there was no cancelled flight on system. They refused to contact airline only get airline to contact. Of course they left no contact details with airline.
There were no other direct flights so had to pay a fortune for other flights.
Been trying to get through on phone now every day for over 10 days they said money would be in account after 7 days.
