My complaint:

For me according to outbreak situation iam usually book with the biggest company that offer flixable tickets for rebooking and cancelation but my bad luck unfortunately this time done through this bad company my trip that they are blocking the ticket from any adjustment and tilling you if you want to rebook and cancel email and call us I tried to call them internationally more than 15 times but they are not responding and not answering when you email them they don’t reply and if they replay they are telling you that we received your request but not ed I went to main flight company office to cancel my flight that usually refundable and adjustable but they are bbocking any adjustments through any office and they send u (if they answering or replying mails) that the company policy for cancellation will add 50gbp and in our context first 2 trials are free for adjusting due to new flight policies even we are one of international medical teams so my advice not to use this web site and I will try with all my effort through powerful social media to advice every one in the world about this bad company and bad customer services that try to take only our money with bad services and very hard sequence of refund and services

Suggested solution:

To contact me with apology letter and refund my ticket 100 %
Fixing there customer services if they want to deal with international flights
Easy rebooking and cancelation to all customers according to airline companies
