My complaint:
I booked an airasia flight through Mytrip and the flight got rescheduled meaning I could not make that flight. Airasia said I was entitled to a refund but Mytrip have refused to give me my refund even though they have received it! They put the phone down on me or say they will call back but never do absolutely disgraceful customer service
Suggested solution:
Give me my refund which I am entitled to
