My complaint:

I was due to travel to Phuket Thailand but was unable to called the company and they told me it was fine and it is now an open ticket for the last 3 months I have been trying to re-book I keep being told I have to be contacted by support team that has been ongoing for two months. They refuse to book my ticket and also my refund.

Suggested solution:

Either they rebook my ticket or refund
