My complaint:
Couldn’t reach Mytrip customer service to get a flight rescheduled. I was forced to miss my plane due a snow storm that lasted for hours and I couldn’t contact Mytrip to come up with a solution. Consequently, I am late for my university and short on my project deadline therefore I am in deeply stressful situation.
Suggested solution:
Refund because I was forced to book a new flight instead of rescheduling one and leaving the same day.
