My complaint:
I bought 2 tickets from USA to Mexico according to my trip the baggage was included but in the airline was not. I called my trip to clarify and they told me to buy the baggage and after my trip to submit the receipt and I was going to be reimbursed. It was since October 2022 and after a lot of email and phone calls nothing has been resolved yet
Suggested solution:
Get reimbursed for the baggage I paid $45 dls each ticket for each trip ($145 dls in total)
