My complaint:
I have been totaling these absurd purchases on my father’s bank account stemming from 2019. He has denied making any purchases in your casino and has never been to your casino. However he has been charged over and over, sometimes $99.99 multiple time a day. We want the money returned. Your company refuses to even answer a phone.
Suggested solution:
Refund his money. All of it. I have never been to a Murka gaming center or casino, but they need to pay it back. He can’t even afford treatment for cancer because of it.
