My complaint:
Everytime we have loadshedding, there is ZERO signal from MTN. This is dangerous as cell phones are often the only means of communication for many people. Emergency situations are made even more dangerous when there is no communication.
Suggested solution:
Identify why there is no signal whenever there is load shedding. This problem has existed for months and is definitely not temporary. Repairreplace batteries and or Solar panels and repair whatever else is causing the problem.
