My complaint:
I am Edward Skeen, the husband of Hester Susanna Skeen. I have been paying the above account for years from ABSA
I am in the process of moving my current account to FNB, and have also opened a business account with FNB. I have been trying to pay the above account by EFT from FNB, but the payment is not accepted by MTN.
My wife and myself visited your offices in Lydenburg. The person we spoke to phone the MTN account department (see ref no. above) who said that MTN do not accept ETF payments from FNB, only from ABSA and Standard Bank.
If this is true, kindly let me have a copy off the contract that state that FNB payments are not accepted by MTN. This does not make sense to me.
I have also made enquiries at FNB.

Inform why you do not accept legal EFT payments from FNB, who is a registered bank in South Africa.
If I cannot pay from FNB and MTN cannot proof to me that my wife's contract, I will have no option to cancel the contract with MTN.
